Highlights of Bango Sammelan 2010 were Benagli songs by Shreyasi Mitra followed by incredible drama performance by ‘Gandhar’ group from Kolkata. The drama ‘Kachher Manush’ based on a Marathi novel depicted a real life story of a person recuperating from a neurological disability by the strength of character and will power assisted by a nurse of equally powerful character. Debshankar Halder and Bijoylaksmi Barman in main charater roles enchanted the audience with brilliant performance, rarely seen here in the past.
